SUSHI!

Okay... so, in a small corner of Taipei, in a small sushi bar with ten seats, where you have to make reservations to get in at any time, I have now had the best Sushi of my life so far (I am going to Japan at the end of the month.. I hope to top this.. :-)








A bowl o sushi joy.. seasoned cubed salmon, tuna, snapper, salmon roe, and little cubes of cooked egg over seasoned rice.




Lightly grilled with a hand torch.. eel.. absolutely fantastic eel.. the best thing I had during my best sushi ever experience.



Flounder with a dab of codfish roe on top.
