Flying Frenchmen

Taipei, Taiwan, Sunday 3PM

So, we found our way over to the opening festivities of the Taipei Arts Festival and caught the opening act.. flying frenchmen with drums! ... the group: http://www.transe-express.com/ dress in funny little uniforms, march around the crowd a bit and eventually end up as a giant frenchmen mobile suspended 10 stories above the crowd... it was all pretty neat as the the little french marching band continued to drum away as they floated through the sky.. and an aerialist performed above them at the top of the whole contraption.. if they ever make it to your corner of the world be sure to catch them..
